Holding fees

A holding fee of £100.00 will be payable upon signing the application form which will be deducted from your remaining deposit amount payable once the tenancy agreement has been completed. THIS IS NOT AN AGENCY FEE. This simply is used to reserve the property.

What is a Guarantor?

A financial guarantor is someone who agrees to co-sign a tenancy agreement to cover the named tenants rent if they are unable to do so

They must be 25 or over and a UK based home owner. Upon signing the contract they are also agreeing to pay any damages or costs to repair the tenants damages upon leaving the property at the end of the tenancy.

Do I need a Guarantor?

All students will require a financial guarantor. Should you not be able to obtain a guarantor then you may be asked to pay your rent quarterly or pay a larger deposit.
